Ordering & Shipping

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or C.O.D. orders.

SALES TAX

We charge sales tax on orders purchased in and /or delivered within California. The current sales tax rate is 8.25%.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

All orders shipped USPS Priority Mail. Unless otherwise noted, we charge $9.80 for the first item, and $5 for each additional item shipped in the same box. Delivery is usually within five to seven business days. Delivery varies due to time and day of order, and geographic location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship outside the USA at this time.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment. You will be contacted if for any reason we cannot process your order in that time period. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order. We use USPS Priority Mail as our shipping method.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the extremely discounted prices of our Arobatherapy robes and pajamas on eBay, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

HOW TO MEASURE

Measure over undergarments. Keep tape measure level and close, not tight. If possible have someone measure you - it's more accurate.

BUST: Measure at the fullest part of the bust, keeping tape level.

WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of the natural waistline.

HIP: Standing with hips together, measure around the fullest part of the body, about 8" below the natural waistline.

Arobatherapy values our customers' privacy and use personal information responsibly. When you purchase an item from us, we have access to your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and credit card number (if that is your preferred payment method). We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
